WAG operates a lost and found call center in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor to reunite owners with their lost pets.

Tips if you have lost your pet

WAG receives hundreds of lost animal reports every year. If you find your pet, please notify us. If you are still looking for a lost pet, keep checking back with us. In the meantime:

  • Alert WAG. Provide us with a full description of your pet. We will keep a record of your pet's disappearance on file and make every attempt to find your pet.
  • Alert the Whistler Bylaw Service at 604-935-8280
  • Alert the local veterinary clinics
  • Put up posters in your community and include a picture of your pet, and where and when they were last seen
  • Canvas your neighbours
  • Contact the local taxi companies. Many taxi drivers are happy to keep an eye out for missing pets.
