About Me:

Hi I'm Thunder!

I adore people, toys, and going for adventures. I'm a pretty high energy boy so I'll need someone that can keep up with me. I get very excited when I see people and want to say hi to everyone that I pass. My owners will need to help teach me my manners when I greet people because I still think jumping up to say hello is ok.

I am a sweet, sensitive boy and give the best sad eyes. I also love to give wet, slobbery kisses. I've got a pretty long tongue to it's perfect for sneaking in a kiss.

I came from a home with cats, including Puddles who is also available for adoption. I haven't met any dogs around WAG yet, but staff anticipates that I'll enjoy playing with other dogs.

I hope I never have to come back to a shelter and that this is a short stay for me. I get very sad if I have to go into a kennel and am happy that I've been able to start sleeping in a foster home.

I will need some basic training as well as lots of play and walks too. I don't like to be left alone for too long, I am happiest when I am with someone who loves me. I can't wait to find my new best friend.

I currently have a cut on my back leg that the WAG staff are cleaning and bandaging every day.

My Story:

My owner passed away suddenly leaving myself and Puddles the cat without a home. Our owners friends wanted to make sure that we both found amazing new homes, so they brought us to WAG.
