Earl Grey and Firework both had unknown pasts before coming into WAG! They met in a foster home and have been inseparable since we are looking for a home that will adopt both Earl Grey & Firework and keep them together forever! Our foster home was no longer able to house them and they are back at the shelter in our main Cattery! Here is some notes from the foster home about both the kitties
We are looking for our purrrfect match!
-Has lots of patience and understanding.
- Will not be offended if we do not warm up to you right away
- Will understand that we might hide for a while until we are comfortable
-Will go very slow with us, letting us move at our own pace and give us lots of space
-Will give us a safe and quiet home that will allow us to open up and show our true personality!
-Will provide us with lots of love and lots of toys to play with!
-Will provide us with a forever home, we are a lifetime commitment!
Firework - was surrendered to the vet when my previous owner realized I wasn't a regular kitten! WAG is unsure of my past but I am quite fearful of humans even though I am only a young kitten. I will need some time, space and tasty treats in order for me to trust humans.
Earl Grey - I was a stray cat that hung around North Arm Farm in Pemberton. I had been at WAG for a little while and was still very nervous about the staff and volunteers. They were all really nice and respected my space, they even read to me. But I have been a feral cat for most of my life and it took a while to adjust to indoor life.
If you cannot adopt at this time, please consider donating to WAG so they can continue to save animals like us, feral cats take a lot of time and patience!
