“Four years of Donations to WAG; Pan Pacific Whistler donates over $10,000 to Whistler Animals Galore
(Whistler, BC) This year the team at Pan Pacific Whistler Hotels have made a donation of $4,105 to WAG (Whistler Animals Galore), the Whistler animal shelter, to support the homeless animals in the Whistler area.
Each time a hotel guests brings their family pet along for a luxury stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre $5.00 from each night of the guests’ pet fee is donated to WAG.
Over the past 4 years, the hoteliers have donated $10,636 to the shelter, assisting homeless pets in finding a permanent, loving home. When pets are adopted from WAG, their farewell gift is a blue WAG bandanna, supplied by Pan Pacific Whistler hotels.
Pan Pacific Whistler team has a passion for pets that extends well beyond the front doors of the hotels. This group of animal lovers enjoys pampering all pets, including those lucky dogs (and cats) who stay at the Whistler-based hotel and the WAG animals still looking for a family to love.
When guests check-in at Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre with a four-legged friend, they receive a practical and well-stocked amenity package for the hotel visit including:
- Dog treats
- Food & water bowls
- Biodegradable poop bags
- Pet Card to be hung on the suite door knob, letting passers-by know a pet is inside
