A Shelter Full of Hope and Promise

Volunteer Opportunities

In an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, and to keep our staff, volunteers, and community healthy we sadly will be temporarily suspending our volunteer program. This will reduce our risk at WAG and allow our small team to continue to care for our homeless animals.

Thank you so much for your support during this time, we hope everyone is staying healthy and well.

Shelter Volunteering

Shelter Volunteers (18+) play an integral part in the daily operations and our animal's lives. Once trained, there are a variety of positions that a Shelter Volunteer can sign up for.
