Hi! I’m Sage — your new tiny shadow and expert snuggle supervisor.

I recently came into the care of Wag, and lucky for me, there was a loving foster home ready and waiting! My previous family loved me dearly, but I needed some vet care for an aural hematoma. It's healing beautifully now, and I’ve been a total star with my meds (what can I say — I'm a cooperative girl!).

I settled into foster life pretty quickly. I’ve already claimed a few favorite spots, bonded with my foster dad, and decided that personal space is entirely overrated. My foster mum says I’m sweet, gentle, and completely unaware of boundaries when it comes to cuddles. If you’re in bed, I’m snuggling — usually right up in your face until I get my fill, then I’ll gracefully relocate to your feet for the night. Bedtime snuggles? Non-negotiable.

A chin scratch is the fastest way to my heart. Once you’ve found the right spot, congrats — you’ve made a friend for life. I love company, whether it’s people or just being nearby while you work, read, or relax. I'm also quite the little entertainer. I’ll happily chase string toys, pounce on anything that rolls, and show off my moves solo if you're busy. Scratching posts and mats? Love them.

I’m a petite little lady, but I make up for my size with a big personality. Despite being a little older, I’m still super playful, curious, and always up for a new adventure — even if it's just supervising your laundry routine. I'm a little reserved when meeting new people, but give me a moment to relax, and I’ll be your new best friend.

My perfect home? One where the love is endless, the snuggles are often, and the toys are plentiful. If you’re looking for a tiny cuddlebug with a huge heart and a curious streak, I think we’d make a great match.
