Shelter Assistant

We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive animal lover to join our team as a Shelter Assistant. 

 

We’re seeking someone who:

​

• Demonstrates a genuine interest in animal welfare and responsible animal care.
   

• Takes initiative and works well independently and in a team-based environment.
   

• Is eager to grow and develop within WAG.

​

This is a full-time position (32–40 hours per week), $20+ per hour depending on experience, with the possibility of a part-time schedule for the right candidate. Applicants must be available during shelter hours, 8am–9pm, including weekends.
