Saucy – Adopted August 2014

This is Saucy; she came to wag as a retired sled dog. She was extremely timid and scared of any new surroundings. She had never been introduced to toys and had very little social interaction until she came to WAG. Only our veteran volleys’ were able to spend any time with her as she was so timid, starting from a simple treat or a walk to yard visits and cuddles. After months of spending one on one time with her one of our amazing volunteers ended up falling so in love with her she had to take her home. We are so happy that they found each other it definitely was a match made in heaven! Saucy now goes everywhere with her new mom and is now truly living the “Whistler Dream”
