Smokey’s Happy Tail
Smokey was surrender to WAG when his owner of 13 years could no longer care for him. This sweet boy knew that he was being left behind and was very unhappy about it. He did not like living at the shelter, so shortly after his arrival, WAG found him a foster home at which he could be comfortable in. Much to the surprise of the staff, Smokey recieved an amazing application for his adoption and this lucky senior was adopted out before 50 days in our care!
My Story:
My mom and my siblings from another litter were abandoned in the woods. A nice man was camping overnight, saw her and her kittens, and knew we needed help! An off-duty WAG staff came to help with a team of volunteers. After visiting the vet it was discovered that my mom was already pregnant with me and my siblings. She had us in a foster home and we are now ready to find our own family! DONATE TO WAG!
