WAG staff and volunteers are at the shelter 7 days a week, 365 days a year! However, please note that we operate by appointment only and do not have general open hours.
For the last few years WAG has been operating by appointment only. If you would like to book an appointment for a license renewal, donation drop off or other needs then please contact the shelter via email or telephone to arrange an appointment prior. We do not always have a member of staff at reception so it is best to book an appointment so a staff member knows to expect you and is able to assist.
